GTL Ecosolutions Ltd. provides a wide range of services in environmental solid, liquid and gas waste management, pollution monitoring, safety control and remediation services. Using specialists in various fields, GTL Ecosolutions Limited has created a ‘world-class’ inter-disciplinary team. The core staff of GTL Ecosolutions Ltd. especially the promoter and Executive Chairman has over 27 years’ post-graduation experience in quality assurance testing and control services. He was until December 1997, the country Divisional manager – Laboratory and Environmental Division of SGS Inspection Services Limited, Nigeria.
Our Executive Chairman, Mr. Chike Allison Ikwuagwu was the sole signatory to over 5,000 cargos of crude oil and related Petroleum products being imported or exported out of Nigeria.
He was the Lead Consultant in the OML 58 Environmental Audit for Total E&P in Nigeria. In the same capacity as lead consultant, he successfully concluded Port Harcourt Novotel Hotel EIA, Epe Health and Spa Resort EIA and Oha Motors Limited Compliance Audit, all on behalf of IFC (International Finance Corporation an arm of the World Bank in Washington.)
He was one of the signatories to the first Environmental Regulation and Safety Standards for Industries in Nigeria in 1990 with the federal ministry of environment. Represented Nigeria in the SGS Horizon 3000 business round table committee responsible for the global development of environment as business and most recently, the quality assurance consultant to the Nigeria Export Supervision Scheme for crude oil inspection.
